CTR is joining many churches and ministries around the city to mark the 60-year anniversary of MLK’s “I Have a Dream” speech. A city-wide proclamation (which we helped to craft) will be read on the steps of the State Capitol. Then a worship event at nearby Waterloo Greenway, with short speeches - including by DeKarlos Blackmon of the Catholic Diocese!
